The company is involved in the development and delivery of property projects and works with a range of industry professionals, consultants and stakeholders to achieve its commercial and development objectives.
As the company continues to develop its business and projects, it is seeking to appoint a Marketing Specialist to support its marketing, promotional and business development activities.
About this role:
· Conducting market research and analysing market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity;
· Identifying and evaluating market opportunities relevant to the company’s property development and business activities;
· Developing, implementing and reviewing marketing strategies, objectives, policies and programs;
· Planning, coordinating and managing advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns;
· Advising management on target markets, product positioning, pricing, advertising and promotional strategies;
· Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote the company’s projects and services;
· Coordinating with external marketing agencies, media providers, designers and other professional service providers;
· Preparing marketing materials, content and promotional communications;
· Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing reports and recommendations to management; and
· Supporting the company’s broader business development and commercial objectives.
Essential Criteria:
· A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is desirable;
· A minimum of one year of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a closely related marketing role is essential;
· Experience in market research, marketing analysis and promotional activities;
· Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills; and
· The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
