We're on the hunt for a friendly, confident Barista to join our Ormeau Hills team — and this one's a little different because we've got a drive thru!
You'll be smashing out great coffee, keeping the drive-thru and café moving through the morning rush, and making sure every guest gets the warm, genuine Andonis experience. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, consistency and staying switched on really matter. You know your way around a busy café, can nail your coffee and aren't afraid to get stuck in when the rush hits.
What you'll be doing:
- Making great coffee consistently
- Serving guests with a smile and good vibes
- Working as part of a fun, fast-paced team
- Jumping in wherever needed when things get busy
What we're looking for:
- Barista experience in a busy café
- Confident with coffee and milk texturing
- Fast, reliable and switched on
- Friendly personality and good energy
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team
