What You'll Do
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services and medication management

- Ensure compliance with TGA, APHRA, and hospital accreditation standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Implement innovative pharmacy practices and quality improvement initiatives
You will have
- Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
