3D BRO is looking for a confident, proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our Bambu Lab pop-up store at Bondi Junction.
This is a hands-on retail sales role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending the right products, and converting interest into sales. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, personable, and motivated by performance.
You will represent an exciting and fast-growing 3D printing brand, helping customers discover a range of products including 3D printers, accessories, consumables, and 3D printed items.
About the role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in driving store performance and delivering a strong in-store customer experience. You will actively engage with walk-in customers, identify sales opportunities, and help customers choose the products that best suit their needs.
This role would suit someone who is energetic, confident in speaking with customers, and motivated by achieving strong sales results in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, confident and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Drive sales of 3D printers, accessories, consumables and related products
- Explain product features, benefits and differences between models clearly and confidently
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining a strong sales focus
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain excellent store presentation and support day-to-day retail operations
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Founder to support store growth and performance
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Strong spoken English
- A confident, outgoing and proactive approach to customer interaction
- A genuine interest in sales and customer engagement
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
- Strong personal initiative and a positive attitude
- The ability to work well in a retail team environment
- Valid working rights in Australia
Highly regarded
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Chinese language skills
- Knowledge of 3D printers or 3D printing
- Experience in a target-driven sales environment
- Confidence in recommending higher-value products and add-on items
Working hours
- Generally in line with shopping centre trading hours, approximately 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
