LEAD EDUCATOR: what we're looking for
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven experience leading a room and mentoring a team
- Confidence in planning and implementing curriculum aligned to the EYLF
- Strong understanding of child development and observation practice
- Experience with — or genuine curiosity about — Montessori principles
- Excellent written and spoken English for documentation and family communication
- A warm, grounded presence with high emotional intelligence
ASSISTANT EDUCATOR: what we're looking for
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- A kind, caring nature with genuine love for working with young children
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, values-led team
- Confidence in setting and modelling healthy boundaries with children
- Strong skills in healthy self-expression and professional communication
- Excellent written and spoken English
- An open mind and a collaborative spirit
