Electrical Nominee / Electrician – Perth-Based role

We’re looking for a qualified Electrical Nominee to join our valued client in a permanent position – a powerhouse in manufacturing mechanical components, specialising in heavy engineering, precision engineering, defence, in-service support, and the rail industries.

Requirements

WA Electrical Licence (or apply for one if coming from interstate)
Electrical Nominee Certification
A Grade Electrical licence (minimum)
White Card
Ability to interpret electrical plans and complete fault‑finding
Full Australian driver’s licence – highly desirable
Australian Citizen - Eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance
National police clearance
Working at heights
Confined spaces

Role Responsibilities

Ensuring all work meets Australian Standards
Follow all site rules and company procedures
Electrical work on ships and vessels
Installing wiring and cable trays
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
Testing, tagging, troubleshooting and fault-finding
Delivering quality workmanship across Defence and commercial projects
