We are currently seeking a Main Cage Cashier to join our Cage & Count team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.
As a Main Cage Cashier, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where customer service, attention to detail and integrity are paramount.
Please note this is a part time role - We can offer a minimum of 24 hours per week and a maximum of 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to guests through welcoming, professional and engaging interactions.
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, chips and other negotiable instruments in accordance with policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, anti-money laundering requirements and Crown operating standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily Cage operations
About you
Previous experience in a customer-facing cash handling, banking, hospitality, retail or gaming environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
