We're a growing national supply and fit business specializing in window coverings and interiors, backed by a major big-box department store. We're building an installer network across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and the ACT — perfect timing for anyone who wants ongoing, flexible trade work with a company that's scaling fast.
The Role
We're recruiting installers as independent contractors across our priority Sydney and Hunter region catchments — areas built around major big-box department store locations, where we're seeing strong and growing customer demand.
We're looking for two types of people: seasoned, experienced installers, and tradespeople looking to move across from carpentry, plastering, painting, general handyman services, or similar hands-on trades. Full training provided for anyone coming across from another trade.
Jobs are scheduled and coordinated centrally by us — you won't be sourcing or managing your own install pipeline. You'll be measuring, fitting, and installing product in customer homes and commercial sites, working directly with customers on-site.
You'll Need
- A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Physical capability for lifting, ladder work, and hands-on fitting
- Comfortable talking to customers in their homes
- Own basic hand tools (or willingness to invest — we'll advise what's needed)
- A valid ABN, or willingness to obtain one (contractor arrangement)
Nice to Have, Not Required
- Prior trade or installation experience
- Working at Heights or other relevant trade tickets
- A National Police Check (can be arranged as part of onboarding)
