The Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team specialises in all forms of alternate dispute resolution, having successfully negotiated the resolution of numerous disputes on behalf of client departments, through mediation and participation in without prejudice conferences.
As a Senior Lawyer, you will:
have the carriage of a range of legal matters handled by legal officers in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team at Crown Law in respect to the areas of work listed below.
provide representation and high-quality advice on liability, evidence, quantum, settlement, costs and strategic direction
draft court documents and briefs to counsel, instruct counsel at hearings and mediations
