Position: Builders Cleaner
Employment Type: Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week to start)
Location: North-East Corridor & surrounding areas
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Builders Cleaner to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing high-quality cleaning services across new builds.
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete builders cleans, including detailed cleaning of new homes
- Remove construction dust, debris, and residue
- Clean floors, windows, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and fixtures to a high standard
- Ensure completed projects meet client expectations
- Follow cleaning procedures and maintain a professional standard on-site
- Work independently and manage time effectively
What We Are Looking For:
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Must hold or be prepared to obtain a White Card
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically fit and able to complete hands-on cleaning tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Previous cleaning or construction cleaning experience not required as we would prefer to train the right candidate
Hours & Availability:
- Approximately 20 hours per week available to start, with the opportunity to increase hours for the right applicant
- Must be available Wednesdays
- Must be available to work during school holiday periods
- Start and finish times will vary depending on project requirements
- Work locations are primarily across the North-East Corridor
