Pathways Residences is a 5-star Aged Care provider. We are seeking a minibus driver to join our team at Killara NSW 2071 & Northbridge NSW 2063. This is a part-time role, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

The role:
The role is to drive Residents to destinations that have been organised by the Lifestyle team. You are responsible for ensuring the safety (and fun) of Residents during bus trips. This includes helping Residents on/off the minibus, securing their seatbelts/wheelchairs, driving safely on the road, knowing your route ahead of time (and any roadworks, appropriate parking, toilet stops etc), and the general cleanliness of the minibus.
Who we are after:
- Someone who is caring, friendly and professional
- Prior experience working with elderly residents is required
- Someone who would enjoy driving Residents out on bus trips
- Must have an LR licence at a minimum
- Minimum 2+ years of driving experience is required
- Must have a Police Check + Covid Vaccine (min 3 doses) + Flu Vaccine
- Australian full working rights

This part-time role operates on weekdays only (Mon. Tue and Fri 0900-1600, Wed and Thu 0830-1630).
