An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
This role is available because the current EA has been promoted internally, reflecting both the calibre of the position and the standard expected.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position operates as a trusted right-hand partner.
A core responsibility is to leverage the time, focus and effectiveness of the Managing Director, who leads across the entire business. The role ensures clarity of priorities, disciplined execution and smooth coordination at the highest level.
Sound judgement, discretion and ownership are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Management of the Managing Director’s diary, inbox and commitments
Preparation of agendas, meeting papers, reports and presentations
Coordination with senior leaders and external stakeholders
Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
Coordination of meetings, travel and key engagements
Follow-up of actions and commitments
Application of Lean thinking to improve administrative flow and effectiveness
Ad-hoc executive and business support as required
About You
Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior support role
A track record of success in an equivalent role supporting senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professionalism, maturity and sound judgement
Excellent time management and composure under pressure
A proactive mindset and attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Absolute discretion with sensitive matters
A current driver’s license
Relocation assistance, including moving costs, will be provided for interstate candidates who are successful.
This role is suited to someone who values trust, judgement and quiet effectiveness.
