A day in the life
As a Fitness Centre Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of RACV’s fitness and leisure facilities, ensuring a consistently high standard across gym, group fitness, aquatics and outdoor areas.
You’ll lead and coordinate the team on shift, providing hands-on support, coaching and training, while maintaining a strong focus on member experience, safety and operational efficiency.
The role also involves overseeing rostering, compliance and facility presentation, while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and drive member engagement

We’re looking for…
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fitness or leisure environment
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential)
Current First Aid and Pool Lifeguard qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations and maintain high presentation standards
A strong focus on customer service and delivering a positive member experience
Sound understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and varied shifts
