As our Process Architect & AI Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement and operational excellence across Endeavour Foundation.
Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design, governance and optimisation of business processes that improve efficiency, simplify ways of working and enhance customer, employee and organisational outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage data, automation and AI to deliver scalable, sustainable change.

Key duties of this role are to:

Lead business process improvement initiatives.

Design and govern enterprise process architecture.

Map and optimise end-to-end business processes.

Facilitate business analysis and process workshops.

Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.

Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.
-
Establish process governance and standards.
-
Build business improvement capability across teams.
-
Identify AI, automation and workflow opportunities.
-
Support delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
-
Promote responsible and ethical AI adoption.

Use data and insights to drive business outcomes.
What you can bring to the team
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Strong experience in business improvement, business analysis or process architecture.

Expertise in process mapping, redesign and optimisation.
-
Proven success delivering operational excellence initiatives.
-
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement.
-
Knowledge of Lean, Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies

Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to drive business improvement.
-
Experience implementing automation, workflow or AI-driven improvements.
-
Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Experience influencing change across complex organisations.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
Highly regarded:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.

Business Process Management (BPM) certification.
-
Business Architecture or Process Architecture certification.
-
Enterprise Architecture certification.
-
AI Governance or Responsible AI certification.
You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
