Description:
Your new day-to-day:
- Respond quickly and effectively to mechanical breakdowns across plant equipment
- Carry out preventative maintenance activities as part of the site maintenance program
- Apply strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills to minimise equipment downtime
- Complete maintenance tasks accurately and record all work in MaintainX
- Work constructively and cooperatively within the maintenance team
- Liaise with other departments and contractors as required to complete works
- Maintain a consistent focus on safety in all maintenance activities
Skills and Experiences:
What you'll need:
- A current trade qualification (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade)
- Proven ability to fault‑find, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues
- Practical understanding of plant, equipment, and production environments
- A strong commitment to safety, procedures, and quality standards
- Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments (highly regarded)
Shift Times:
We're looking for team to support both morning and evening shifts (times below):
- Morning: 6am to 2pm
- Evening: 3pm to 11pm
