As Shuffle continues its rapid expansion in the cryptocurrency, sports, and online gambling space, Kingside is growing its Player Support team to help deliver exceptional service to Shuffle’s global audience.
The Role
As a Player Support Representative at Kingside, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for Shuffle.com players, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and engaging experience. You’ll assist with a wide range of player queries and help users get the most out of the platform.
All support is conducted via live chat — no phone calls required.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience in cryptocurrency, sports betting, or online gambling. Kingside provides full training.
What matters most is your ability to think quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver personalised, player-first support.
