Tegrity Services is looking for compassionate and reliable NDIS Support Workers with Personal Care experience to join our growing team in Sydney.

About the Role
As an NDIS Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care support while maintaining dignity and respect
- Assisting participants with daily living activities
- Supporting meal preparation, household tasks, and community participation
- Assisting with transport, appointments, and social activities
- Encouraging participants to engage in hobbies, interests, and skill-building activities
- Building positive and trusting relationships with participants and their families
- Completing progress notes and documentation accurately
- Following NDIS guidelines, safeguarding practices, and participant care plans
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable and committed to providing high-quality support
- Experienced in personal care and disability support
- A strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships
- Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team
Essential Requirements
- Experience in personal care support
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Right to Work in Australia (Australian Passport, Birth Certificate, or Valid Visa)
- Current Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Updated Resume
