Service Supervisor – HVAC/Refrigeration | Perth, WA
About the Role
A well-established mechanical services company is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly alongside the operations team to manage a team of 5 - 10 field technicians and apprentices across a diverse commercial portfolio.
You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the service division — roughly 80% coordination and management, 20% on the tools.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Quoting and estimating for service works
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Field staff management and scheduling
- Technical support for field teams
- Site audits and quality assurance
- Subcontractor coordination across major contracts
About You
You must have solid technical knowledge in HVAC/refrigeration and the communication and people skills to lead a team and manage client relationships with confidence.
Overseas candidates are welcome provided you have experience with Australian equipment and hold (or are eligible for) the relevant Australian licences.
