This is an exciting opportunity to join Lasseters Hotel & Casino, a dynamic and progressive hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain the high IHG brand standards by ensuring our rooms, suites, and public areas are always clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented — contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall hotel experience.
About the Role
Clean and present guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces
Remove rubbish and deliver waste to designated areas
Restock minibars, replace amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals
Collect and deliver linen to and from laundry
Respond to housekeeping requests efficiently
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of full-time housekeeping or hospitality experience
Completion of compulsory secondary education
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit with the ability to bend, lift, kneel, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Positive attitude, cultural awareness, and eagerness to learn
