We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in developing new business and maintaining strategic market alliances. You will be responsible for identifying major issues and concerns on a project relating to risk/reward situations and ensuring that the proper procedures are in place to allow a smooth tender process.
In addition, you will collaborate with the Senior Executive Team Members and BID Management Control to plan development for future outcomes, and develop innovative and alternative construction methods. You will also work with business development and preconstruction to establish realistic time frames for estimates to be completed.
