As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges to achieve recovery and wellbeing in a community setting. Delivering holistic, recovery-focused care plans that support better mental health outcomes

Leading clinical decisions and guiding best practice in complex and evolving situations

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate Australian authority
Strong experience in mental health care, including assessment, care planning and case management
Ability to think critically, manage risk and make sound clinical decisions
Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate mental health qualifications and/or experience working in rural or community-based settings. Most importantly, you're passionate about improving mental health outcomes and ready to embrace the opportunity to make a real difference.
