Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily bookkeeping functions
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining MYOB records and ensuring data integrity
- Assisting with financial reporting and general administrative duties
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies where required
- Supporting the team with accurate and timely financial information
Managing competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous bookkeeping experience in a similar role
- Strong MYOB skills and confidence using accounting systems
- Experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll processing experience
- Strong bank reconciliation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
