We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
Demonstrated experience in providing expert advisory and consultancy services to management and staff on a wide range of significant human resource management matters.
Highly developed knowledge and understanding of contemporary human resource legislation, principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks.
Experience in human resource management, including overseeing complex HR matters including payroll.

Whilst not mandatory, the possession of tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in human resources will be highly regarded.
Whilst not mandatory, experience to analyse complex payroll issues and provide sound advice or recommendations to internal and external stakeholders will be highly regarded.
