Concrete Boom Pump Operator – Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Boom Pump Operator.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety.
Skills & Experience
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience operating and working around concrete boom pumps
- Proven experience with concrete pours, hose handling, pump setup, operation, and washouts
- HR Driver’s Licence required
- Current White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and exclusion zones relating to concrete pumping operations
- Physically fit and capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to safe and efficient work practices
The Role
- Operate concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently across residential, commercial, civil, and structural projects
- Coordinate concrete placement with concreters, site supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations
- Set up, operate, pack down, and wash out concrete boom pumps
- Conduct daily pre-starts and complete required safety documentation including SWMS, and JHAs
- Monitor work areas for hazards and ensure all safety procedures and exclusion zones are maintained at all times
- Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and basic servicing of equipment
- Maintain clear communication with office & with site crews to ensure pours are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Represent the company professionally on-site while delivering high-quality service to clients
