We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our team, supporting Mini Masterminds centres across Glenwood, Box Hill, North Parramatta.

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
This is a 5 day part-time position (20 hours per week) that requires you to travel between our Glenwood, Box Hill, North Parramatta centres, providing support where it is needed most. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety, building relationships across multiple teams, and making a positive impact across several services.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Observe and document children's learning and development
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
A current Australian driver's licence
