Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator – Success Tutoring Epping
Pay: AU$30–$40/hr (based on experience and results)

About Us
Success Tutoring Epping is a growing tutoring centre helping primary and high school students improve confidence, results and study habits in Maths, English and HSC subjects.
We are looking for someone energetic, creative and confident who can become the face of our content and help grow our local brand online and within the community.
This is NOT just a posting role.
We want someone who understands attention, engagement and marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing - Content Creation
- Film and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Create trending and educational content around:
- Maths
- English
- Study tips
- HSC advice
- Parent pain points
- Student motivation
- Confidently speak on camera
- Help create hooks, scripts and content ideas weekly
- Edit videos using Canva, CapCut or similar apps
Social Media & Marketing
- Upload and manage daily social media content
- Help run and improve Meta campaigns
- Create content that generates real enquiries and bookings
- Track what content performs well and suggest new ideas
- Assist with local promotions and community engagement
Community Engagement
- Confidently speak with parents and students
- Help promote the centre locally around Epping
- Represent the brand professionally in person and online
What We’re Looking For
You MUST:
- Speak English clearly and confidently
- Be comfortable talking on camera
- Have strong communication skills
- Have your own filming equipment (phone, light, stand, microphone etc...)
- Know how to edit videos professionally
- Understand social media trends and hooks
- Be organised and proactive
- Be comfortable approaching and speaking with people
Bonus if you:
- Completed the NSW HSC
- Can confidently speak about Maths, English or HSC subjects
- Have experience running Meta ads or business social pages
- Have worked in education, tutoring, sales or customer service
- Understand how to create content that converts into leads
