About the Role
As an Experienced Barista, you will play a key role in maintaining high coffee standards, supporting daily café operations, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
- Produce excellent espresso extraction and professional latte art
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Maintain coffee quality, presentation standards, and workflow efficiency
- Support and mentor junior team members when required
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance at all times
- Work confidently as both a barista and café all-rounder when needed
- Contribute to a positive, friendly, and community-focused café environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a barista in a high-volume café environment
- Strong technical coffee knowledge and confidence using commercial coffee equipment
- Proven experience weighing and timing espresso shots
- Consistent and high-quality latte art skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Well-presented, organised, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when required
- Passion for coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences

Availability
- Must be available to work up to 6 days per week
