Mobile Attendant Care Service (MACS) is a non-profit, charitable organisation that operates in the Brisbane community. We offer 24/7 personalised and flexible support solutions 365 days a year for those with a physical disability.
Our shorter Lifestyle Assist shifts operate from early in the morning until late in the evening. Your main responsibility will be enhancing the comfort and lifestyle of our clients' individual support needs. A typical shift involves: driving to a client's home (in your own vehicle), assistance with personal care and hygiene, transfers/hoisting, dressing, medication assistance, assistance to eat/drink, community access, meal prep, following a task list, and any other assistance they may need.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality support to clients in the Murrarie and Wakerley areas.
Supports include:
- Personal care (including hoist assistance)
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic assistance
- Social engagement and community participation
Available shifts:
Murrarie area
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 9:00am
- Occasional weekday shift fill available
Wakerley area
- Monday & Friday: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Successful applicants may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts across our Southside team.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Current Driver’s Licence (Australian or International)
- Access to a reliable vehicle
