Studio Vela is seeking a confident, upbeat and results-driven FULL-TIME OR PART TIME Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for contacting new enquiries, following up warm leads and converting prospects into active members. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, confident in conversation and motivated by achieving targets.
The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving membership growth and supporting overall revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
- Contact new leads via phone, SMS and email
- Respond to online enquiries promptly
- Book appointments and studio tours
- Follow structured sales scripts where required
- Convert trial users into long-term members
Relationship Building
- Build rapport with prospective members
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership options
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain positive brand representation at all times
Data & Reporting
- Update all communication notes in MindBody
- Track call outcomes and follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate lead pipeline records
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics
Sales Performance
- Achieve weekly and monthly call targets
- Meet conversion benchmarks
- Support promotional campaigns and limited-time offers
- Assist in referral generation initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
We are specifically looking for someone who is:
- Confident and clear when speaking on the phone
- Naturally bubbly and upbeat
- Target-driven and motivated
- Comfortable handling objections
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups
- Resilient and persistent
Previous experience in sales, call centres, telemarketing or customer service is highly regarded but not essential.
Employment Details
- Part-Time (approx. 20 Hours per week)
- Full-Time (38 hours per week)
- Availability across staffed hours required
- Some weekend work may be required
