This is a senior governance role where you will set the standards, own the blueprints, and ensure every program across the portfolio aligns to a coherent enterprise architecture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving enterprise architecture across programs of work and related strategies
- Developing and maintaining EA artefacts across business, data, application, integration, infrastructure, and security domains
- Creating and owning architectural direction, standards, roadmaps, and patterns
- Translating target state architectures into practical guidance for delivery teams
- Representing the Chief Enterprise Architect at steering committees and stage gate reviews
- Managing architecture risks across the portfolio
- Mentoring and uplifting capability across program assigned architects
Essential
- Solid background in IT/Enterprise Architect including governance, roadmap planning and future-state architecture capability
- Experience across enterprise application ecosystems and cross-platform integrations including Microsoft Stack
- Integration architecture depth across APIs, iPaaS, and ESB
- Experience leading or governing programs valued at $10M +
- Strong executive stakeholder and board-level communication skills
