About Us
We are an established maintenance plumbing company based in Padstow, servicing predominantly the St George and surrounding Sydney areas.
We are a growing team of 8 employees and take pride in providing high-quality plumbing maintenance, repairs and drainage services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced qualified plumber/tradesman to join our team on a full-time basis.
This position would suit a plumber who enjoys maintenance work, problem-solving and working on a variety of jobs rather than repetitive construction work.
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified plumber with strong experience in maintenance plumbing and drainage.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience with:
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Blocked drains and drainage repairs
- High-pressure jet blasting
- CCTV drain inspections and reporting
- Locating and diagnosing drainage defects
- Sewer and stormwater repairs
- Drainage excavation and repairs
- Concrete cutting and excavation associated with plumbing works
- Operating small excavators and other plant equipment
- General plumbing fault finding and problem-solving
- Working independently on maintenance jobs
- Working as part of a team on larger and more complex projects
Experience with jetters, CCTV equipment, excavators and plant will be highly regarded.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified plumber with a current NSW plumbing licence
- Experienced in maintenance plumbing
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to communicate professionally with customers, builders and other trades
- Capable of working independently and managing jobs efficiently
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Willing to cooperate with other team members and help get the job done
- A good problem solver with a practical approach
- Safety-conscious and committed to completing work to a high standard
- Keen to learn and further develop their skills

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced maintenance plumber who can walk onto a job, assess the problem, communicate with the customer, diagnose the fault and carry out the repair professionally.
If you have experience with jet blasting, CCTV inspections, drainage, excavation and plant operation, that would be a major advantage.
