About the role
As an Event Workforce Coordinator, you will drive the successful operational delivery of the Event Workforce and Uniform Projects including leading the casual Uniform Team. Working closely with Functional Arena Managers, People and Culture and Communications, ensure recruitment, training and engagement activities meet outcomes from an event operational perspective.
Reporting to Event Workforce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in the design and delivery of the event workforce project

End to end operational delivery of the event workforce project lifecycle ensuring focus and attention is applied across all areas including systems, training, engagement, facilities, resources, surveys, communication and project team coordination

Coordinating design, delivery and daily operations of AO Collect and AO Team Hubs inclusive of bump in/out, daily performance, systems and communications

Assisting in the creation and delivery of event induction and training content and processes

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships regarding workforce requirements and operations

Work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate and distribute operational information relating to the event workforce ensuring up to date information across a broad spectrum of platforms

Coordinating the event uniform project including; creating and updating process documents and manuals, managing annual stock orders and maintaining accurate stocktakes, ensuring accurate representation of uniform outfitter,

Overseeing and leading the casual Uniform team during all phases of uniform distribution from stocktake at the TA warehouse, distribution at AO Collect and during the event period on site
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:

Minimum 2 years experience in event management and administrative tasks
-
Experience in major events ideally in operations, workforce and/or projects
-
Experience creating processes, manuals, documents and guidelines
-
Experience creating rosters and using the Rosterfy platform
-
Experience with apparel or stock management
-
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with conflicting tasks.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills - ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
-
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
