About the role
The Project Delivery team within Strategic Planning and Policy is seeking a Change Manager who will identify change needs and develop change plans for strategic projects. You will work in close partnership with business stakeholders and other program teams. You will lead multiple change planning activities and will help embed and manage change for these projects. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to change analysts within the team.
About You
To succeed, you will have detailed knowledge of change management methodologies and proven experience delivering large-scale change initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders will be key to your success. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential as is the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
Ideally, you have led large-scale change management programs within enterprise or government settings. The role will support projects of strategic importance to TAFE NSW which may include IT, organisational, or infrastructure initiatives. Experience in educational environments as well as a Change Certification (such as Prosci) will be highly regarded.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate and fully committed to meeting the following essential requirements:
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience relevant to the role
- Demonstrated experience in the leading, managing, coordinating and supporting organisational change delivery in a large private or public sector organisation
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management plans to support successful project deployment
