Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite rooftop Mexican bar — killer margaritas, bold Latin flavours, and a rooftop perch above Greenwood Plaza that puts every guest in out-of-office mode. We're part of the Tilley & Wills Hospitality Group, an independent, multi-award-winning hospitality group with over 30 years of experience running some of Sydney and Brisbane's most iconic venues. We don't do average — we do bold concepts, great drinks, show-stopping events, and a team culture worth bragging about.
We're on the hunt for a Casual Cocktail Bartender to join our bar team — approx. 20 hours a week, shaking, stirring, and pouring your way through busy rooftop service.
What you'll be doing:

Crafting quality cocktails with speed, consistency, and a bit of flair

Running a busy bar during peak service and functions

Maintaining bar standards — stock, cleanliness, and presentation

Delivering warm, engaging service that keeps guests coming back

Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service flowing
What we're looking for:

Previous cocktail bartending experience essential

Current NSW RSA
-
Speed and confidence behind a busy bar

A genuine love of hospitality and great drinks

Availability across a casual roster, including weekends
