About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Services Workcrew. This is a great opportunity to stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive team that takes pride in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to complete outdoor tasks such as mowing lawns, gardening, and maintaining clean, well-presented sites across a range of locations. You’ll be part of a hands-on crew, building skills, confidence, and routine in a team-focused environment.
*** This is a part-time position of 16 hours per fortnight.

Duties:

Garden and yard maintenance, including mowing lawns, whipper snipping, weeding, and hedging
- Rubbish removal and general outdoor area upkeep
- Safe use of mowing and gardening equipment, including ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, blowers, and hedgers
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
-
Currently receiving NDIS funding
- Currently receiving a Disability Support Pension
- Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Eligible for a Supported Wage System (SWS) assessment through JobAccess
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to manage own medication
- Willing and able to perform physical outdoor work
Desirable:

Driver’s licence
- Experience in mowing and gardening maintenance
- Able to travel to work independently
