This position sits within the Casino Division which is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, educating, investigating and enforcing compliance with Victoria's gambling legislation.

Our Opportunity
The Manager, Investigations and Probity leads a high-performing team of investigators responsible for overseeing complex, high-risk investigations and probity assessments relating to the Casino Licensee. This role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring the VGCCC meets its legislative, regulatory, governance and probity obligations, while driving investigative excellence, sound risk management and best-practice outcomes.
To be successful in this position you will have:

Demonstrated experience within a regulatory, law enforcement or government environment.

Significant experience leading complex, sensitive and high-risk investigations.

Proven people leadership experience which includes building and motivating high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and risks and provide clear evidence-based reporting to inform decision making.
