Our Home Care Service is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals in the Hunter, Central Coast and North Coast regions. With a range of services including the Support at Home Program, Commonwealth Home Support services including Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Group Respite, Meals in the Home and Home Modifications, we are committed to providing personalised, compassionate care. As a relatively young service, we have ambitious growth plans to expand our offerings and reach even more communities in need.

The Role:
As the Home Care Manager, you will lead a dedicated regional team, working closely with the General Manager Home Care and your fellow regional Home Care Managers to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency in governance and compliance, while driving business development and service growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, shaping the future of home care in our regions.
Key Accountabilities:

Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.

Service Delivery: Manage and optimise the delivery of Home Care services, ensuring they meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Financial Management: Maximise funding opportunities and ensure financial sustainability of services.

Clinical Care: Oversee the provision of clinical care, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Business Development: Drive growth in our service offerings and expand our client base in both regions.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on compliance.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated and experienced leader with a strong background in Home Care or community services. You have a proven track record in managing service delivery, optimising funding, and driving business growth. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety.
Essentials for this role:

Demonstrated leadership experience with relevant qualifications, including managing remote teams.

Extensive knowledge of aged care, community services, and government support resources.

Proven expertise in clinical care delivery or supervision, with strong knowledge of aged care regulations and the CDC environment.

A current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current, Open Driver’s License
