Responsibilities:
Design custom homes tailored to client needs
Prepare concept sketches, design presentations, and documentation
Ensure designs meet NSW residential planning codes and council requirements
Collaborate with builders, engineers, and consultants throughout the project
Revise plans as needed based on feedback or compliance requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture with residential design experience
Registered Architect or relevant qualifications (preferred)
Proficiency in design software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD)
Solid knowledge of NSW residential codes and construction methods
Strong communication skills and ability to meet project deadlines
Portfolio showcasing residential projects (must be provided)
