We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, developing your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll also oversee bar operations, including beverage ordering, supplier management, stocktakes and inventory control.
You'll bring
- Leadership experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant
- Strong operational skills, including ordering, stock management and inventory control
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Wine and sake knowledge is an advantage
