This critical administrative role will provide essential support to the Approved Provider and Nominated Supervisors to ensure the efficient operation, quality service delivery, and compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Staff role encompasses a range of high-level responsibilities, which include:
- Compliance & Management Support: Providing essential support for the governance and effective management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law and Regulations.
- Enrolments & Data: Managing enrolments, record keeping, data management, and coordinating IT functions across all centres.
- Communications & Customer Service: Serving as a primary point of contact for families and staff across multiple services, organising meetings, and contributing to overall customer service.
Essential CriteriaTo be successful in this vital role, candidates must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role within the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.
- Sector Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Law and Regulations, and compliance requirements for multi-site operations.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Mandatory Training: Proof of current and completed mandatory training, including:
- Child Safety & Protection Training: Successful completion of Gecko Child Safety Learning and approved NSW Child Protection training (e.g., CHCPRT025).
- First Aid & Emergency Management: Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management qualifications (e.g., HLTAID012).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC): Must hold a current, valid, and non-prohibited WWCC clearance or be willing to obtain one immediately upon offer of employment.
- Suitability and Fitness: Must be assessed as a safe and suitable person, willing to undergo thorough screening and background checks as part of our child-safe recruitment process.
