POP-UP SHOP ASSISTANT – JOIN THE LEAFE’S TEAM
LEAFE’S is looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Pop-Up Shop Assistants to join our growing team!
We operate pop-up locations across shopping centres and community locations, showcasing our handmade candles, gifts and exciting new 3D-printed products.
The Role
As a Pop-Up Shop Assistant, you’ll help with:
- Setting up and packing down the pop-up display
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly service
- Processing sales using our POS system
- Answering customer questions about our products
- Restocking and keeping the display looking professional
- Promoting products and special offers
- Taking photos/videos for social media when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming stall
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

✅ Comfortable working independently
✅ Well-presented and professional
✅ Interested in retail, sales or small business
✅ Able to follow procedures and instructions
✅ Comfortable using technology and POS systems
✅ Available for pop-up shifts, including some weekends
Retail experience is preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
Locations
Pop-up opportunities are available across our participating shopping-centre locations.
Flexible Shifts
Shifts may include weekdays, weekends and shopping-centre trading hours, depending on location and availability.
