Female Support Worker – Full Time | Geelong & Surf Coast
Luma Care Supports is looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our growing team across Geelong and the Surf Coast. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, getting out into the community and supporting participants to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections.
Requirements:
Female applicant – participant preference
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check \National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Current driver's licence
Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Experience in disability support and/or mental health highly regarded
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Person-centred and trauma-informed approach
