We’re looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist to join our small, friendly team at our Salisbury clinic.
We’re intentionally keeping things simple. Our clinic is now a two-therapist practice – one Osteopath and one Massage Therapist – which means you’ll be an important part of the clinic, not just another therapist on the roster.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do and wants to be part of a positive, professional environment. Someone who is friendly, energetic and comfortable having a chat with clients, while also knowing when to focus on delivering great treatment.
What you'll be doing
Your primary role will be providing high-quality Remedial Massage tailored to each client’s needs. You’ll see a varied caseload and have the opportunity to work closely alongside our Osteopath, with plenty of scope for discussion and collaboration.
As this is a small clinic, you’ll also help with some light day-to-day administration, such as answering phones, booking appointments, processing payments and keeping the clinic organised. Nothing too complicated – just the practical things that help keep a small practice running smoothly.

Who we're looking for
You’ll ideally be someone who:
- Has a Diploma in Remedial Massage
- Has at least 1 year’s experience
- Is registered with a relevant professional association
- Has a provider number and is able to process health fund claims through HICAPS
- Is confident using a variety of massage techniques
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is professional, reliable and well presented
- Is motivated to build a busy and successful practice
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
- Is happy to pitch in with some light administration when required
Most importantly, we’re looking for the right person. Qualifications and experience are important, but so are personality, attitude and the way you connect with clients.
