MR/HR Truck Driver & Labourer – Casual

AJ Lifting is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver/Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to warehouse operations, and take pride in safe, reliable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MR/HR truck with mounted crane.
- Deliver materials of all types to various sites.
- Safely operate the truck-mounted crane to load/unload in both easy and challenging positions.
- Load and unload trucks in our warehouse using a forklift.
- Assist with general factory hand duties, including:
- Preparing materials for dispatch.
- Manual handling of goods and equipment.
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and organised.
- Assisting with basic assembly, maintenance, or stock control tasks as required.
- Liaise with allocator and follow daily run sheets.
- Maintain and clean vehicle daily.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Requirements:
- Current MR or HR truck licence (essential).
- Crane and rigging qualifications (essential).
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Experience in general warehouse/factory duties (desirable).
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
