We're excited to welcome a Psychologist / Occupational Therapist / Social Worker to our Community Diversion Programs team.

The Community Diversion Programs (CDP) provides essential community-based support for individuals navigating mental health challenges, and legal complexities when affected by substances. By delivering structured therapeutic interventions and intensive case management, CDP empowers participants to overcome personal hurdles and achieve sustainable recovery.
Key Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of Psychology / Occupational Therapy / Social Work clinical services commensurate with level of experience
Participate in quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient/client care, including the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work environment.
Commit to ongoing professional, service and individual development through participation in activities including professional development activities, professional supervision, supervision of students or clinical assistants, research activities.
Work cooperatively and effectively through active participation in multidisciplinary teams and with patients/clients, their families, carers and other relevant stakeholders to provide high quality patient care and positively influence culture.
Remuneration value up to $132 567 p.a., comprising salary between $79 051 - $116 189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
