An exciting opportunity has become available for a Supply Chain Operational Readiness Coordinator to join our Site Supply Chain team in Broadmeadows.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate operational readiness activities for new product introductions, vaccine programs, material changes, packaging updates, and other key site initiatives. Acting as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Project teams, you will ensure that systems, processes, master data, and operational capabilities are fully prepared for successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operational readiness activities for new products, vaccine programs, and site initiatives
Act as the key point of contact between Site Supply Chain and project teams, ensuring alignment of timelines, deliverables, and readiness requirements.
Coordinate and implement supply chain change controls in line with site, global, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure supply chain requirements, including materials, packaging, planning parameters, and logistics processes, are defined and embedded before go-live.
Partner with project teams and global stakeholders to support operational readiness activities.
Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and drive timely completion of readiness deliverables.
Coordinate master data creation and maintain data accuracy to support project implementation and operational changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain capabilities and operational efficiency.
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline.
3–5 years' experience in project coordination, supply chain, or a highly regulated industry environment.
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labelling requirements (highly desirable)
Experience coordinating complex projects and business changes involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across functions and levels.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
