We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (Martech) to join our team in either Sydney or Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity to support operationalising, systemising and scaling how Martech is delivered for our agency. This role owns the operations for CRM production across build, QA, deployment, platform maintenance and governance - ensuring delivery is efficient, predictable, high-quality and scalable. Sitting at the intersection of operations, technology and CRM production, this role brings deep understanding of marketing automation, strong systems thinking and a practical delivery mindset. Working closely with Delivery, Technology and Martech Leads, client-side Martech stakeholders, and the Digitas Delivery Centre in Vietnam, the Senior Operations Manager is responsible for all workflow through the Martech platform.
Day to day you’ll get to:

Own and run the CRM production operations
- Be accountable for Martech operations across build, QA, deployment, platform maintenance and governance
- Design, document and govern scalable Martech operational workflows
- Work hands-on within Martech operational processes to unblock, improve and scale delivery
- Partner closely with Delivery, Technology, Martech and client stakeholders on Martech execution

Support estimation and pricing through the creation and maintenance of Martech scoping and estimation templates

Scale offshore Martech delivery in collaboration with the Digitas Delivery Centre in Vietnam
- Govern how Jira and Confluence are used to support Martech delivery

Drive systemisation, automation and embed AI and continuous improvement across CRM production workflows
The person we are looking for has:

Strong experience delivering Martech programs in an agency and/or in-house environment
- Hands-on experience working with Braze (ideally), or equivalent platforms in a high volume, production context

Demonstrated experience with marketing automation (journeys, segmentation, logic)
- Experience owning operational workflows across build, QA, deployment and maintenance
- Experience supporting estimation, pricing or scoping for Martech / CRM programs
- Experience working closely with Technology, Martech and client stakeholders

Experience supporting offshore or distributed delivery teams
- Experience working on large, complex or global client accounts
