About the Role
As a Personal Trainer, you'll inspire and coach members to achieve lasting results while building your own successful personal training business within Jetts Kalamunda.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
Design personalised training programs to suit individual goals.
Motivate, educate, and support members throughout their fitness journey.
Build and grow your client base through proactive member engagement.
Conduct complimentary consultations and fitness assessments.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive presence in the club.
Contribute to the Jetts community by participating in club events and challenges.
What We're Looking For
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing).
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to build lasting relationships with members.
