About the Role
As a Hair Stylist, you will:
- Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for babies, children, and teenagers.
- Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience for every child.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
- Be patient, caring, and confident working with children of all personalities and needs, including those with sensory sensitivities.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon and retail targets.

- Qualified Hairdresser with relevant salon experience.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Friendly, patient, and positive personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and confident in a busy environment.
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player.
- Availability to work weekends and late-night trading as required.
