About the role
Permanent full-time opportunity to deliver operational HR advice and support within the People and Culture Directorate. You will provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and workforce matters, support HR transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely and high-quality HR services aligned with organisational priorities.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Respond to incoming calls, emails or other channels and provide comprehensive, contemporary advice to clients based on current HR policy and entitlements in a timely and accurate manner.
Support with processing MN wide HR transactions ensuring processing is timely and accurate and support the identification and implementation of service delivery quality improvements and procedural improvement interventions.
Provide coaching and support to other team members and develop a highly compatible and supportive working team environment.
Liaise with other team members in the Workplace Relations Team or the People and Culture Partners where appropriate to ensure advice and support are contextual and comprehensive.
